“The Power of AI in Your Hands – Make Your Asset Smart with AI and Ultrasound”
Presented by Blair Fraser, Quartic.ai
Have you heard of Artificial Intelligence but thought it would require too much time, money and data science to develop solutions? Think again!
At Quartic.ai we believe that the future of AI lead condition monitoring is not in the hands of data scientists or consultants, but in the hands of those that spend each day designing, operating or maintaining assets. By combining subject matter expertise with the first AI and IIOT platform designed specifically for the industrial user, we can experiment, validate and deploy AI based prediction models in hours, not weeks or months.
In this workshop, Participants will use real data from commonly used industrial assets to build AI-based predictive maintenance pilots, exposing you to the entire process of an actual AI project. You will use ultrasound and process data to build and deploy AI models for both anomaly and failure detection. Return home with a clear path to implementing Artificial Intelligence in your plant.
Return to your plant with a clear path on how to make your assets smart.
Make plans to stay an extra day and attend a full day of software training. Our trainers will be on hand to review both our DMS and Spectralyzer software programs. Owning the ultrasound equipment is one thing, utilizing the tracking, reporting and analysis tools in our software programs is how you know you’re getting the most out of your investment!
DMS Software Course
Learn how to use all the features of the Data Management System such as how to create application centered reports, SQL reports, custom reports, how to imbed images in the reports as well as how to attach images to records and other data fields, the logistics of setting a route, creating trend charts, setting alarm levels, using the data base manager, configuring lists, setting preferences, uploading and downloading routes, and much more…
Sound analysis made easy. This course will give you an in-depth understanding of how to get the most out of spectral analysis. Learn the basics of the spectra, time series, dual and waterfall views. In addition the course will review how to customize your screens, setting and loading configurations, using overlays, working with cursors, changing values, setting the harmonic cursor, changing modes from Hz to CPM exporting plots using the bearing fault calculator.
As part of our commitment to professional development we are pleased to offer our attendees an opportunity to earn certification! We will be administering the following exams offered by The Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP).
Introducing the newly established Certified Asset Management Assessor Certification. Presented by SMRP & the World Partners in Asset Management, this certification is geared towards individuals currently pursuing ISO 55000 site certification or those facilitating asset management assessments. The Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Program, an ANSI accredited certification, is the number one credentialing program for validating the knowledge, skills, and abilities of M&R professionals. Every facility needs at least one CMRP on its team, and most should have more, as CMRPs have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure operations efficiency and workforce productivity. The exam is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT) program validates the critical knowledge, skills and abilities needed by M&R technicians to ensure reliable facility operations.Stand out from the crowd and gain instant credibility and recognition within the maintenance community by taking – and passing – the CMRT exam, an invaluable credential recognized industry-wide.The exam is available in English only.
